Gucci is pleased to announce that the "Lapo's Wardrobe" MADE TO MEASURE custom series designed by Gucci creative director Frida Giannini and Lapo Elkann will be presented for the first time during the 2014 Gucci Men's Fashion Week held in June this year. The "Lapo's Wardrobe" custom collection will be on sale at Gucci boutiques in Milan, London, Paris, New York, Tokyo and Sao Paulo. It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks before the finished products are delivered to customers. From the selection of fabrics, matching accessories, definitive design to final delivery, dedicated staff are available to assist customers.

Using modern cutting techniques, the "Lapo's Wardrobe" custom series launched a total of 27 models - 23 men's and 4 women's. Each section has been carefully designed with special emphasis on the details, including special linings, vests, ties, straps and towels. The collection includes not only custom suits but also other custom accessories such as leather goods, shoes and jewelry.
Lapo's Wardrobe custom series can be customized in designated boutiques. This service reflects Gucci's personalized philosophy and persistent pursuit of detail. In addition to providing carefully selected advanced fabrics, custom options for special handling and tailoring of details are also available, enabling true tailored advanced customization services. Each garment is cut and sewn by an experienced fashion designer. With up to more than 80 kinds of proprietary luxury fabrics and 178 colors to choose from, customers can mix and match fabrics and colors.
In terms of shirts, Gucci's custom service offers a mix of up to 25 fabrics and 60 colors. In addition, Gucci offers men's footwear signature services for custom fashion – with the option of branding the shoes with different materials, colors, and sizes.
