Textile factories now receive only three months of working capital assistance.

The Tirupur Exporters Association called on the federal government to submit an affidavit to the Supreme Court as an interim relief. They requested another six months for the Tirupp Wastewater Treatment Plant to achieve 100% zero liquid discharge. The closure of printing and dyeing factories has caused many people to lose their jobs. The association also requested that it provide Rs 600 crore for the ocean discharge project.
